Students from the New York Institute for Special Education on Dec. 16 received a surprise visit from State Assemblyman Mark Gjonaj and a jolly visitor from the North Pole. Sincere thanks to Assemblyman Gjonaj, The Rotary Club, the Italian American Club and The Pelham Parkway Neighborhood Association for their donation of gifts.
